At the time of registration parents/guardians must bring the
following: |

Child's
birth certificate or other legal document
- Proof of immunizations (4
DPT, 3 Polio, 3 Hep B, 1 MMR, 1 Varicella given after the 1st birthday,
4 HIB or 3 with one given after the 1st birthday, 4 Pneumonia or 3 with
one given after the 1st birthday)

Physical

Proofs
of residency such
as: current electric bill, rent
receipt/lease, tax bill, certificate of occupancy, voter’s
registration.
(only bills relating to your residence will be accepted, not just mail)

Children must be 3 by September 30, 2011 for the 3-yr. Old program

This
is an in-district program with certified teachers
-
Classes
are held in our state of the art Early Childhood Center of Cold
Springs School
-
Students
attend school from 8:40 AM - 3: 23 PM. Transportation is
provided.

Parents
of potential students are also invited to call the school and
schedule an appointment to tour the classrooms and observe the
program in action.

Parents
may also choose to enroll their Pre-kindergarten children in
Best Program (before & after school) .

Registration will be
ongoing throughout the school year.

the event of inclement weather or other emergencies, our schools may
be closed for the entire day or opened two hours late. Information
about emergency closings or late openings will be given on this web
site, Radio KYW-1060,
and through our emergency phone chain system.

MISSION STATEMENT

The educational process of the Gloucester City Public School District
is the embodiment of visionary leadership, involved community, and individual
